SRG Architects has served Proctor's Theatre for over 30 years and provided numerous restorations and upgrades.

Our current involvement is the comprehensive expansion of this historic downtown theater into a performing arts complex through the expansion of the stage and backstage support areas to accommodate full-scale Broadway productions.

Additionally, we have designed new lighting, sound systems and rigging as well as new seating, handicap accessibility and acoustical enhancements.

Adjacent areas are being developed for retail and office space and a new multi-functioning black box theater for the presentation of large format (Iwerks) film, avant-garde theater and more initimate musical presentations.

Our Team also provided a new District Heating Plant for the downtown 400 Block which will heat and cool the Proctors Complex and local energy subscribers.
