SRG has completed the adaptive re-use study of a former church complex for the Schenectady Light Opera Company's new Center for the Performing Arts. A study of existing conditions of all buildings was completed for structural, HVAC systems, etc. and a site plan, concept designs, recommendations for utilization of the buildings and an estimate of probable costs were included.

Our Team is currently performing the first phase of work -- the Lobby Infill design. This project will connect two of the buildings and provide a grand entrance to the theatre.
