This project represents a prototype mixed-use senior rental apartment project in combination with on-site medical offices and services. The 10-story facility includes secure, connected and covered parking for both residents and patients. It is physically linked to the existing Annie Schaffer Senior center which provides classes, social interaction and meals to seniors.
