Schenectady International had a need to consolidate their local facilities into one building.  This 78,000 SF, 3-story addition to their Niskayuna Headquarters doubled the size of and modernized their existing manufacturing and office facility.  The expansion accommodates offices, conference rooms, a cafeteria, break rooms and an employee exercise area.

This was a Design/Build project which had to be done in seven months.  We worked very closely with Malone & Tate Builders in the design and construction document phases--with work on the foundation beginning as we completed the remainder of the building drawings.  

Design/Build helped maintain the budget and quality control.  The final product was tied into the existing building aesthetically and the Owners were very pleased.
