Malone and Tate Builders, Inc. and Stracher-Roth-Gilmore, Architects completed the new Hill & Markes distribution center in Amsterdam, NY.  Situated on a nine-acre parcel, this 130,000 SF warehouse and 12,000 SF office space was designed and 100% constructed in 14 months.  Hill & Markes was operating out of the warehouse after only 8 short months from breaking ground.  Foundations and Steel literally were being delivered and installed as the design progressed. 

This regional office supply company’s high-bay warehouse also contains six truck service bays and the site boasts a 150-car parking lot.
